"Here's How to End Cravings for Heavy, Comforting Foods Once and For All!"

Dear friend,
Let's be honest.
Traditional comfort foods taste great!
I'm talking about all of the delicious recipes you had growing up, like mac & cheese, burgers, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, Sloppy Joes, spaghetti and many others.
 
BUT if you're on a vegan diet for health reasons or have food allergies, eating these foods is absolutely out of the question!
Wouldn't it be great to be able to sit down at the table and eat together with your family, and enjoy a delicious meal that satisfies everyone's needs (taste and dietary-wise)?
 
That's why they are comforting, and that's why people from all over the world have their own family version of their favorite comfort foods.
In Latin America, comfort foods might be rice and beans. In America, it may be burgers and fries. In Italy, it will be lasagna or pasta dishes. In Europe, it may be meat loaf and potatoes!
It would be a shame to lose those traditions because you just haven't found tasty replacements for your favorite comfort foods.

Tested out the Fettuccine Alfredo with Mushrooms and Spinach recipe last night on the "boys". My husband and his buddy both loved it and went back for seconds! That is always my test, watch how fast they reach for a refill after cleaning their plates! We have a winner! I enjoyed making the recipe myself, easy to follow and turned out great. The best part was the ability to feel completely self-indulgent without the guilt! The sauce was creamy and flavourful, maintained consistency even when packing up leftovers. The mushrooms, spinach and onions were the perfect complement to the pasta.

Deluxe Spinach Mushroom Lasagne- Amazing lasagne! So decadent and completely satisfying! A great main dish that leaves nothing behind in the flavor department. Sure to become one of your families' favorites!

Greek Stuffed Peppers- These have become a staple in my entertaining. So easy to make, so colorful on the plate and always a hit with guests! Make different colors of peppers to add to the uniqueness on each plate. As a main or a side these are flexible as well as nutritious!

My husband and I are trying to implement some big changes in our diet/lifestyle in response to his recent diagnosis of coronary artery disease. After reading Campbell, Esselstyn, Fuhrman and
McDougall, we had already decided to make changes. Once we found your website, your recipes made it much easier to live within the dietary guidelines and still enjoy our meals.

Here is the good news: After much searching, we found a "preventative cardiologist" in our area who is familiar with research of the doctors listed above. After being on a low fat, mostly vegan, plant based diet (using many of your recipes) for the last month, my husband had blood drawn recently to recheck his lipids. The recent blood draw was compared to one from about a month ago, before we started this diet. To be fair, my husband also started on the lowest dose of statins at the same time. When we saw the doctor today, he was blown away because my husband, Leon, had a drop of 60 points in his total and LDL cholesterol! The doctor said that statins alone could not account for this drop and credited the plant based diet. What wonderful feedback for continuing the change.

Honestly Veronica, I could not have done this without you. While I am happy to exist on soups and salads, my husband needs "man food" and your recipes have been a true Godsend. Did you know that the work you do might be saving lives?

Honestly, I thought the vegan Carnitas were genuine barbque pulled pork! I'd never had jackfruit before, and was amazed how this recipe was seasoned to taste exactly like pulled pork!

The start For a new way of living.......No diets, No disaproval

Hi,

My name is Myrthe Jones, and I was thinking that it should be time to revieuw some products and some HONEST facts about them.

To Start,

I am A woman 42 Years old and have done the most of the products there are out there. Most of the products are just not working. I can tell you that because I've tryed a lot of those products. The only thing that was losing weight was my bankaccount.

I didn't say that it didn't work because the product was bad, maybe it did just not work for me.
Some of the products are very good if you have the skills to follow everything they tell you to do.

But most of the time, it's NOT working because losing weight is the most difficult goal to reach!
If people tell you it's easy to lose weight and it's fast and you feel better everyday.........bla bla.

NO WAY!!

In this Blog I want to invite everybody who realy are interested in losing weight, and share the things they do ore don't do.

I am not selling a product, I am getting the idea that we need to get a closer look to the reason people are overweight, and eat to mutch.

Why there are in this inner cirkle they can not get out that easy. Why do we need to be ashamed because we are bigger than the fashion world agrees for.

True overweight is not healthy, smoking is not healthy to. Fastfood is making you fat! It all depence on what you eat, what time, your feeling, your energy, and a lot more.

There is no cure for a weight problem. There a millions of dollars inductrie making a lot of money from all of us, and they let you believe that there product will realy HELP you.

And the most irritating is that the products are selling the best. And that the words " losing weight" is one of the most used words on the search machines, like Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.

There is a big market for diets, glutenfree food, medical help, and even surgery like Gastric Bypass.

I hope that everyone in the states will read my Blogs and join me in the battle against all those scam products, and deal with them for good!!

It will not help you to lose your weight!! But it will stop to lose weight on your unrealistic hopes and bank accounts.

So lets get this together.
